Fees are quoted and charged in EUROS.
Registration is required for all participants to ICALP as well as onsite participants to workshops.
When registration is completed and fully paid, each participant receives a confirmation by email.

In-person registration fees include:

  • Admission to the conference
  • Welcome reception
  • Conference dinner on July 7 (if not cancelled when you register)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Proceedings in electronic form
  • 40 Euro for one year’s membership of EATCS for regular and 2 year’s membership of EATCS for students.

You can add the workshops day when you register.

Virtual registration fees include:

  • Admission to the conference sessions with a personal access code
  • Proceedings in electronic form
  • 40 Euro for one year’s membership of EATCS for regular and 2 year’s membership of EATCS for students.

Virtual registration does not include the workshops. Remote participants to workshops should see the modalities with the organisers of the workshop.

Workshop in-person registration fees include:

  • Coffee breaks on Monday July 4
  • Lunch on Monday July 4

Workshops registration only does not include EATCS membership. 

Requests for converting an onsite participation to an online participation will be accepted until June 24, 2022, and yield a refund of the price difference, minus 50€ as administrative fee.

EATCS Membership

The ICALP 2022 Organizing Committee will forward your data to the EATCS for administrative processing.

The current benefits of an EATCS membership are listed on the EATCS website.

Conference dinner

The number of places is limited. A first come first served policy will be applied.

If you do not wish to attend the conference dinner, 80€ will be deducted from the registration fee.

You can add a conference dinner for an accompanying person at the rate of 80 €.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment will be accepted through the following methods:

  • Credit card (secure payment system) – Visa & Matercard are accepted.
  • Wire transfer: all bank charges have to be paid by the payer.

Wire transfer remarks:

A registration is considered complete and valid only when the full payment has been received.

All payments made via wire transfer must be received within 10 days of registration, otherwise the registration is cancelled.

You will receive the bank account details by email after your online registration. A copy of the bank transfer should be sent by email to: icalp2022@dakini-pco.com.

Please do not forget to give the name of the registrant you are paying for on the bank transfer order.

All bank transfer charges have to be paid by the registrant. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All refund/cancellation requests must be sent by email to icalp2022@dakini-pco.com
  • Cancellations received by May 31, 2022 will be eligible for registration fees refund, minus 50€ as administrative fee,
  • Cancellations received after May 31, 2022 and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund,
  • Requests for converting an onsite participation to an online participation will be accepted until June 24, 2022, and yield a refund of the price difference, minus 50€ as administrative fee. 

VISA ASSISTANCE LETTER

If you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please register and send your request to icalp2022@dakini-pco.com. Authors of accepted papers can request such letter also before registration, please indicate in that case that you are an author of an accepted paper.
